Phil completed the strata application with the Mosman Council and lodged the approved strata plan with the Land Titles Office for registration in an efficient and comprehensive manner. He dealt with any fire regulations and Building Code of Australia matters that arose. As well, our building encroached on the adjoining property. Phil organised the appropriate easement to cover this encroachment, otherwise, the building could not be strata titled until the encroach was registered at the Land Titles Office.
Phil completed the whole process by personally attending to the conveyancing of each unit from company title to strata title thus saving the shareholders a significant amount. He ensured that zero stamp duty was paid by personal attendance at the Stamp Duties Office’
