Post Development Consent – Certifications

After obtaining Development Approval, Suburban Town Planners can continue to assist clients in obtaining the necessary certificates for your project.

Suburban Town Planners aim is to provide a seamless delivery of services to our clients from obtaining Development Approval, granted by local Council, through to Construction Certification, Occupation Certification and Subdivision Certification for your project.

Obtaining a these certificates in the least amount of time is important for all projects. The STP team achieves this, through working efficiently within the legislative framework, managing the necessary consultants and maintaining project commencement times and contractual agreements. We ensure that that all items required by the development approval are completed prior to the submission of certificate applications. This may mean various consultant reports, the complete construction certificate or subdivision plan drawings, and any other item required by Council, such as drainage and landscape plans, structural plans etc. Suburban Town Planners ensures that your Construction Certificate obtains a speedy approval, allowing you to proceed with the construction of your project without unreasonable delay.

    Phil completed the strata application with the Mosman Council and lodged the approved strata plan with the Land Titles Office for registration in an efficient and comprehensive manner. He dealt with any fire regulations and Building Code of Australia matters that arose. As well, our building encroached on the adjoining property. Phil organised the appropriate easement to cover this encroachment, otherwise, the building could not be strata titled until the encroach was registered at the Land Titles Office. Phil completed the whole process by personally attending to the conveyancing of each unit from company title to strata title thus saving the shareholders a significant amount. He ensured that zero stamp duty was paid by personal attendance at the Stamp Duties Office’ Of course, it goes without saying that we would recommend Phil for any Town Planning and similar matters.
