Post Development Consent – Certifications
After obtaining Development Approval, Suburban Town Planners can continue to assist clients in obtaining the necessary certificates for your project.
Suburban Town Planners aim is to provide a seamless delivery of services to our clients from obtaining Development Approval, granted by local Council, through to Construction Certification, Occupation Certification and Subdivision Certification for your project.
Obtaining a these certificates in the least amount of time is important for all projects. The STP team achieves this, through working efficiently within the legislative framework, managing the necessary consultants and maintaining project commencement times and contractual agreements. We ensure that that all items required by the development approval are completed prior to the submission of certificate applications.
